Annabell’s Pineapple Salad

  • 1 package of lime or lemon jello
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint of whipped cream
  1. Dissolve jello in water.
  2. Put pineapple, sugar and cream cheese in a sauce pan, and heat until sugar is dissolved and cheese is melted.
  3. Mix with dissolved jello.
  4. When cool, fold in the whipped cream.
