You may be able to tell that we haven’t abused this as much as The Enchanted Broccoli Forest, but this is in the same spirit from the Ithaca, NY restaurant (which we’ve never visited — but someday…)

The organization is by type of cuisine –nearly 20 different styles with an extensive introduction to each chapter. There are also good reference sections — including one titled “What we mean when we say ‘one medium onion…’ and a suggested reading list.
