Cup Custards

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Beat eggs, add other ingredients.
  2. Mix well and pour in 6 or 7 custard cups.
  3. Place cups in a pan of boiling water 1 in. deep.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes, or until an inserted spoon comes out clean.
  • A little nutmeg sprinkled on top is good.
