- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat eggs, add other ingredients.
- Mix well and pour in 6 or 7 custard cups.
- Place cups in a pan of boiling water 1 in. deep.
- Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes, or until an inserted spoon comes out clean.
- A little nutmeg sprinkled on top is good.
