- 1 can (No. 2) Bing cherries, pitted
- 1 package cherry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup sweet red wine
- Drain cherries well into a sauce pan.
- Heat juice (it should be about one cup).
- Dissolve gelatin in juice.
- Add wine, let cool and add cherries.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Also good for dessert.
