Molded Wine Salad

  • 1 can (No. 2) Bing cherries, pitted
  • 1 package cherry flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup sweet red wine
  1. Drain cherries well into a sauce pan.
  2. Heat juice (it should be about one cup).
  3. Dissolve gelatin in juice.
  4. Add wine, let cool and add cherries.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
  • Also good for dessert.
