- 1 1/4 cups sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups drained corn
- 4 egg whites beaten stiff
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine egg yolks, paprika, and corn.
- Fold flour mixture into egg/corn mixture. This will be rather dry, but mix it well.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Drop by tablespoons into hot deep fat and fry until golden brown (about 5 or 10 minutes)
