- 1 pound seafood (shrimp, crab or scallops)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese
- 1 can cheese soup
- bread crumbs
- Put seafood in casserole dish.
- Melt butter , add lemon and onion. Pour over the seafood.
- Crumble blue cheese over seafood.
- Add cheese soup in blobs, sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
- Bake 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve over rice.
