Seafood casserole

  • 1 pound seafood (shrimp, crab or scallops)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • bread crumbs
  1. Put seafood in casserole dish.
  2. Melt butter , add lemon and onion. Pour over the seafood.
  3. Crumble blue cheese over seafood.
  4. Add cheese soup in blobs, sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake 350° for 1 hour.
  • Serve over rice.
