- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup cream
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Boil butter, cream and brown sugar until creamy. Let cool.
- Add vanilla and beat smooth
- If too thick to spread, add a little more cream and beat again.
