Caramel frosting

  • 1/2  cup butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Boil butter, cream and brown sugar until creamy. Let cool.
  2. Add vanilla and beat smooth
  • If too thick to spread, add a little more cream and beat again.
