- 2 strips bacon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 egg
- Cook the bacon until crisp and remove from skillet to drain.
- Beat the egg, and combine it with the sugar and vinegar.
- Add the egg mixture to the bacon fat and cook, stirring, until mixture thickens.
- Crumble backon and return it to the sauce
- Great over green beans.
