- 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup commercial sour cream
- 3 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
- Combine firs six ingredients.
- Slowly stir in sour cream.
- Add to celery and carrots.
- Toss lightly
- Serve with meat, poultry or fish.
