Celery Slaw

  • 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup commercial sour cream
  • 3 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
  1. Combine firs six ingredients.
  2. Slowly stir in sour cream.
  3. Add to celery and carrots.
  4. Toss lightly
  • Serve with meat, poultry or fish.
