Easy Chocolate Icing

  • 1 package (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 16 marshmallows (1/4 pound)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  1. Melt chocolate, milk and marshmallow in top of double boiler over hot water.
  2. Remove from heat; chill well.
  3. Fold in the cream
  • Yield: 3 1/1 cups frosting/filling.
