Japanese Fruit Pie

Japanese Fruit Pie
Friday, November 25th, 2005

Melt 1 stick of butter
Add 1 cup of sugar and 2 beaten eggs
Add 1/2 each of coconut, raisins and chopped (or broken) pecans
Add 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Pour into a prepared pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

Served at the Shoemaker/Barger Thanksgiving in 2005
