- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9×13 pan.
- Mix brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Mix flour, soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately to the butter/sugar (starting and ending with dry). Mix until smooth.
- Fold blueberries into the batter.
- Put half of the batter in the 9×13 pan. Cover with the nut and brown sugar mixture. Pour in the rest of the batter and spread over the top.
- Bake 45 min – 1 hour, until it pulls away from the sides of the pan.
