St. Patrick’s Day salad

  • 1 package lime (or lemon/lime) Jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup Sprite, Squirt or Ginger Ale
  • 1 cup chopped canned pears
  • 1/2 cup chopped crisp celery
  1. Dissolve Jello in hot water, then cool. Add the soda.
  2. When it begins to jell, add pears and celery
  • Note: good any day
